Guest Rental Terms & Conditions

Office Hours

The office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. Sunday the office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The office will be closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

 

Check-In and Check-Out

 

Check-In is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you will be later then 5:00 p.m., please call the office and a lock box will be assigned to you.

 

Check-Out is 11:00 AM. If we can accommodate a late check out, check out can be extended to 3:00 p.m. for a fee of $50.00.

 

Guests and their entire party must vacate the property and return the keys to the office not later than 11:00 am. Failure to check out on time could result in a $50 late fee.

 

Reservation Deposits & Payment Information

A two (2) night deposit and a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee plus sales tax will be charged to your Credit Card payable to Fontaine Cabin Rentals at the time of booking your reservation. A credit card is required for the deposit in the name of the guest responsible for the reservation (unless prior arrangements are made through the office). Upon receipt of your payment, your Reservation Confirmation will be mailed to you. Enclosed with the confirmation will be the office address with directions. Guest must sign for keys in person. Final payment is due at check in. For late check ins the guest responsible for the reservation must come into the office by 1:00 p.m. the following day to sign all papers and pay the balance due.

 

Guest Requirements, Responsibilities, Damages and Security Deposit

Guest authorizes Fontaine Cabin Rentals to charge the credit card for the cost of repairs, replacement, services, or extra cleaning for any and all damage, breakage and/or loss occurring during the stay. In the event of substantial damage to the premises, its equipment, furniture, or carpeting, guest shall be responsible for collection costs and attorneys fees. Documentation detailing damages and charges will be provided to the guest. Fontaine Cabin Rentals is not responsible for personal items left in cabin by guest. Although each property will be equipped for rental purposes, we cannot accept responsibility for aesthetic conflicts. We reserve the right to offer an alternative property for any reason at the terms required by agent.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

If the reservation is cancelled four weeks prior to the stay a refund will be issued minus the cancellation fee of $50.00 and a $25.00 processing fee. If cancelled within the four week period, the two night deposit will be forfeited in addition to the processing fee and sales tax.

 

All properties are privately owned. If a particular property is no longer managed by Fontaine Cabin Rentals, guest shall not hold Fontaine Cabin Rentals liable. In such an instance, the guest will be relocated to comparable accommodations as determined by the rental agency.

 

Fontaine Cabin Rentals is not responsible for events beyond our control such as effects of inclement weather, power failure, unforeseen maintenance and mechanical problems, and unreported problems. Chains and four-wheel-drive vehicles are recommended during the winter months.

 

Home & Condo Equipment

All Cabins, Chalets and Condos are equipped for your vacation needs. Bed linens and towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen utensils and a starter supply of soaps and paper products are made available for all rentals. You will need to bring or purchase additional supplies.

 

Telephones are provided. Local calls are free. Use a calling card or dial collect to place long distance calls unless the cabin has unlimited long distance service.

 

Maintenance problems in the home or condo will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment, which includes TVs, VCRs, DVDs, air condition units, hot water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, door locks, indoor whirlpool, outside hot tubs etc.

 

Reservation Occupancy and Maximum Occupancy

Each property has a specific reservation occupancy and maximum occupancy. The maximum number of guests allowed in the homes and condos is stated on our web site. This policy is strictly enforced. If more guests occupy the property than originally planned and additional payment is not made for the additional guests, Fontaine Cabin Rentals reserves the right to evict the guests. In the event of eviction, all monies will be forfeited.

 

Gatherings

Our properties are located in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation use only. Parties and other large gatherings are not allowed even if just daily visitors. No parking on the street is allowed. Violators risk forfeiture of their deposit, rental fees, and eviction.

 

No Smoking

A deep cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged to your credit card if evidence of smoking is detected in the home.

 

Pet Policy

For Cabins, Chalets, and Condos there is a $10.00 nightly fee plus 9.5% sales tax charge. To book a Pet Friendly Cabin, Chalet or Condo, please contact the office. Cabins, Chalets, and Condos that are not pet friendly, a fee of $250.00 pet cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if management determines a pet was in the property.

 

Cleaning

Guest agrees to remove trash from the home and place in the receptacle provided, wash all dishes, and otherwise leave the property in good condition upon departure.

 

Additional Provisions

The agent may enter the premises at any time in the event of emergency and will make every effort to contact guest prior to arrival.

 

Disclaimer

Guest agrees that Tree to Green Properties, LLC DBA Fontaine Cabin Rentals shall not be liable to Guest, members of Guests party, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Guest shall hold Fontaine Cabin Rentals harmless and indemnified from and against any and all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Guest, members of their party or invitees. Guest acknowledges that Tree to Green Properties, LLC DBA Fontaine Cabin Rentals is acting solely in the capacity of Agent for the property owner and assumes no liability thereunder.
